Cambodia Travel Modules

We offer a number of short independent Cambodia tours (or modules), which are bite-sized trips usually lasting 3 or 4 days. Our modules have been built by specialists who have spent a great deal of time in Cambodia and they feature our favourite destinations and activities and they can be combined to form longer and more comprehensive Cambodia tours. Need some inspiration? Take a look at our Cambodia itinerary suggestions. These are examples of how our modules can be linked together to form longer and more comprehensive Cambodia holidays.

To create your own Cambodia tour, simply choose the modules that catch your eye, and add them to the quote request form. We will then work with you to put them together and create your ideal Cambodia trip. Alternatively, you can always contact one of our Cambodia specialists by email or call us on 1300 857 604 or (08) 8125 1830.

Independent Cambodia Tours - Angkor monks

Cambodia Tours

Known as the Pearl of Asia, Phnom Penh sits at the confluence of the Tonlé Sap, Mekong, and Bassac rivers. Here, you can explore the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields, learning about Cambodia turbulent past. After your exploration of Phnom Penh you could travel to Siem Reap, the base for visiting the mystical Angkor Wat. It's scale is truly breathtaking, and it will not fail to disappoint. We also offer Cambodia tours to the beaches at Sihanoukville and Kep, as well as more remote parts of north-east Cambodia like Kratie, Stung Treng and Banlung, or to Cambodia's second largest city Battambang.

Many travellers begin their Cambodia tour in Bangkok, combining Thailand and Cambodia for a bigger South East Asia adventure. Beginning in Bangkok, you can explore the markets, visit the Grand Palace, grab an authentic Pad Thai or cycle alongside the khlongs, Bangkok's old ancient canal ways. After this you can cross the border or fly into Cambodia to see all the highlights including Battambang, Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, and the capital Phnom Penh.

Independent Cambodia Tours - Combining Cambodia and Laos Tours

Cambodia Tours - Combining Laos

If you want to get a bit more off-the-beaten path then we recommend you to combine your Cambodia tour with Laos.

From Cambodia you can travel over land to southern Laos, famous for the remote area's and beautiful green nature. Trek here through the rainforest to the waterfalls of the Bolaven plateau and discover the 4000 islands in the Mekong. From southern Laos - and from Cambodia as well - you can travel further north to Vientiane and the charming city Luang Prabang. Become an elephant-caretaker for a couple of days, hike to authentic mountain hill tribes and experience the impressive early morning processions of monks.
